Sue Frye earned her real estate license in 1983 and began her career with ERA Landmark immediately thereafter. Since 1988, Sue has continually ranked in the Top 10 out of 38,000 agents worldwide and has closed more than 1 Billion in real estate sales. Locally, Sue has been recognized by the Gallatin Association of REALTORS as Rookie of the Year, Salesperson of the Year and by the Montana Association of REALTORS as Salesperson of the Year among other honors.

Sue is a Certified Residential Specialist, International Collection specialist and GRI certified. Sue is knowledgeable about both vacant land and home sales. Additionally, Sue has 3 licensed assistants to round out her business. Sue is a member of the Montana State University (MSU) Bobcat Lifetime Endowment and the MSU Bobcat Booster Club. She is a former director of the Gallatin Empire Lioness Club and the Big Brothers and Sisters of Gallatin County board.

Sue is a member of the National, Montana and Gallatin Association of REALTORS and the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service. Sue is the mother of three grown children and has seven grandchildren. Her husband, Glenn, is a homebuilder and has been building fine quality homes since 1966. Sue and Glenn have lived in the Gallatin Valley since 1982.
