Having been raised in the Columbia area since the age of 6 years old, Claudia has watched the growth and is so proud of the great place to live Columbia and surrounding areas have become. Claudia is extremely knowledgeable of the greater Columbia areas and currently resides in Lexington. Her passion for helping families began as a Property Manager in Columbia. After over 7 successful and rewarding years helping countless residents she continued her passion, skill, and love of assisting customers by obtaining her Real Estate License in 2001. Combined with her years as a property manager, she has 27 years of sales and marketing experience. 16 years of her Real Estate career have been spent as an on-site agent representing local and national builders.
